Pricing of the products

If a product / service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Sustain Fibre LLP shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product/ service, unless the product has already been delivered or the service has already been availed by you, you will be notified. In the event that Sustain Fibre LLP accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card/ debit card account and duly notified to you by email or SMS that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Sustain Fibre LLP dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account. Sustain Fibre LLP may revise and cease to make available any product/ services at any time. In the event, Sustain Fibre LLP is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Sustain Fibre LLP shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

Modes of payment

Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways: Payments can be made by Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and Gift Cards and Cash-on- Delivary. Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options and recommended to ensure faster processing of your order. All payments on www.MORALFIBRE-FABRICS.COM are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via CC Avenue. We will ensure confirmation of ordered item(s), availability and shipping before processing your order transaction. You will be advised by e-mail if we are unable to complete your order. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on the Site will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to us. Payment gateway, CC Avenue takes care of the security by capturing the credit card details and sending it directly to the bank. They use secure line and SSL. We as a merchant are not allowed to store any credit card information at our portal. Your payment card will be debited for your order on the day we send you the formal order confirmation.

Gift Card:

Tie and again Sustain Fibre LLP might offer Gift card. Gift Card is not a cash card. This card is not redeemable for cash and credit. Gift Card will expire in 6 months from the date of Issue.

All returns/refund are subject to exchange and return policy. www.moralfibre-fabrics.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift Card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the card, at its discretion, it deems such as action necessary.

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Sustain Fibre LLP for re-delivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost.
